Find your section
These tools are in the Settings group of the left menu, the same for every business type.
The common groups (Sales, Purchases, Finance, People, Business, Settings) are the same for every business and are explained in Getting started.
🚀Day-1 setup
Do these once, in this order, before your first day of work.
Connect your devices
- Settings → Devices & Printers. Choose each device and press the test button.
🛠️Everyday tasks
Click a heading to open or close it. Steps are numbered in the order you press.
Bill without internet
- Open Offline POS (restaurant) or the POS; keep billing. When the connection is back press Sync now or wait — it syncs by itself.
Install the app
- On the Ledgo website press ⬇ Install app, or install the desktop / Android / iPhone app we send you.
⚙️What the system does for you
- Offline bills sync automatically and get their invoice numbers.
- The last menu and prices are kept on the device.

❓Common questions
Will I lose bills if the internet stops?
No. Offline bills stay on the device until they sync. Do not clear the browser data on that device before syncing.
